Alliant Systems is excited to announce that the keynote speaker for AlliantCon23 will be customer experience expert Adam Toporek.
"In my keynote, From Hassle to Hero, I'll be showing you strategies that you, as textile rental operators, can use to identify and eliminate hassle from the customer journey," said Adam Toporek.
"Then, after the keynote, we'll workshop these key ideas so that you leave AlliantCon23 with actionable strategies that you can take back to your organization to not only improve the customer experience but to make you competition-proof!"
Adam Toporek is an internationally-recognized customer experience expert, keynote speaker, and customer service trainer who helps organizations transform their customer relationships through better strategy, training, and communication. He is the author of Be Your Customer's Hero, the founder of the popular Customers That Stick blog, and formerly the co-host of the Crack the Customer Code podcast. Adam is regularly ranked as a top customer experience thought leader and has been cited in Entrepreneur, Forbes, and over 200 other media.
AlliantCon23 will be held October 25th - 27th at the Hyatt Regency in Frisco, TX.
AlliantCon is Alliant Systems' annual conference for textile rental operators to discuss new technologies, learn new ideas, share strategies with one another, and participate in training geared to help them perform their jobs more efficiently so they can focus on managing and growing the business.

New for AlliantCon23 is adding two new training sessions hosted on Wednesday, October 25th. We are also offering our "Alliant Power User: Office and Customer Service Year I" course for users that need formal training on the daily use of the system.
